Upper West Side is dominated in large part by the Porthaven University which owns vast swaths of land there. The area around the university has been gentrified, and turned into a college town, catering to the needs of the students. It is home to countless bars, pubs, barcades, IPA breweries, dispensaries and vape shops where the students can blow of steams. This is also where LabTech set up their experimental labs to siphon free labor in the form of student internships.
