North End

North End is the working class neighborhood. It exists in stark contrast to South End as a testament to class divisions in modern day America. North end is run down, dirty and poorly maintained. It is full of crumbling brick, chipping stone work, and ever widening pot holes. Most of the locals are either dock workers employed in Harbor District or service workers employed in the East Side.
