Bio
Alastair Crowley is the current Prince of Porthaven.
He belongs to Clan Venture. He was sired by the former Prince Edward Masterson.
Alastair was the Edward's Senchal and presumptive heir. When his sire succumbed to Beckoning, Crowley was able to assume the throne without any major disruption in power. That said, not all Kindred of Porthaven agree with his ascendance. Some whisper that he is too young, and too impulsive for the position. His most controversial decision to date was to expel Bruhjah and Gangrel Primogens from his court, despite them being stalwart Camarilla loyalists. Many question this move which left the small, but not insignificant number of Porthaven Vampires without political representation.
Another controversial step was nominating his Neonate portage childe Victoria Price as his Senchal. Many feel this was a nepotistic choice and that the title should have went to someone older and more experienced, and from a different clan.
To make up for what he lacks in authority among some of the elders, Crowley is ruthless and unforgiving. He brooks no disloyalty, and bends for no one. As a result, few are brave enough to challenge him, or his decrees.
