Little is known about Victor Ramsey's past. Some say he was CIA, others say he was a Navy Seal, some even speculate Ramsey was a Hunter. The man himself never speaks about his mortal life. Needless to say, his reputation precedes him. He is ruthless, efficient, and direct. While his appointment as the Sheriff of Porthaven was in many ways political (the prince wanted to show trust in Lasombra allegiance to Camarilla) no one would ever dare to question his competence.
In addition to being the Sheriff, Ramsey is also the head of security at Microcore.
