Sandwiched between the financial district and the Lower West Side is the seedy inner city of Porthaven. Middtown is infamous as the most dangerous, as well as most alluring part of the city. One one hand, it is rife with poverty, and full of homeless and vagrants. On the other hand it is the home to some of the hottest night clubs, and casinos on the East Coast. It is a hot spot for mob activity, and most violent district by far. But at the same time, it is the one place in the city where you can fulfill your every desire, and satisfy your every vice. Whatever you need or want, someone is selling it here. Especially after dusk.
