The South End is the wealthiest of the Porthaven districts. The streets here are clean, the lawns are manicured, and the police is out in force, harassing anyone who is not wearing designer clothing or driving a luxury car. This is where the rich meet the famous, and where the cream of the crop amuses themselves by torturing service workers. It is also the home to the South Beach, the hottest summer destination on the East Coast.
